Ken has over 1 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, structured finance, and real estate. Ken maintains FINRA series 63 and series 79 licenses as an investment banking representative

Prior to founding Boreas Capital Partners, Ken served as Vice President at W.G. Nielsen & Co., a FINRA investment banking firm, VP of Credit and Risk and Interim Chief Credit Officer for P2Binvestor, Inc. a technology enabled marketplace lender, and held positions of increasing responsibility at Metropolitan Merchant Capital a FinTech startup backed by a New York based private equity group focused on deploying capital into non-bank lending, Prologis, Inc. an independent equity real estate investment trust based in Denver, CO and Klaff Realty, LP a privately-owned real estate investment firm based in Chicago, IL.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a major in finance. Ken lives in Lafayette, CO with his wife and two sons. He is an avid skier and enjoys golfing, camping, and sailing.
